Key Responsibilities:
Drive joint initiatives including implementation of process transformational project to overcome challenges.Responsible for delivering strategic analytics data solutions built on BI software (Einstein Analytics, PowerBI (SFDC).Interpreting business data to analyze results using statistical techniques & ability to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.To centralize and automate reports from different teams creating oxygen for them to focus on customer facing activities.To communicate and partner with key stakeholders to understand their reporting and business, dashboard needs thereby delivering insightful & a story telling dashboard experience.Provide “best practices” direction and implement approaches for content governance & processes.Analyze data sets for patterns & anomalies and create mock datasets to create meaningful prototypes and enable parallel development in other development areas.Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Define new process improvement opportunities.Knowledge on different types of predictive modelling & its application.Perform Impact analysis.Requirements:
Proven work as data analyst or data engineer.Good understanding of Process Excellence.Knowledge and experience working in any cloud environment is recommended (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud etc).SQL/python, SAQL is a plus, PowerBI Data Analysis expressions (DAX).Strong knowledge of MSTR, Power BI reporting tools.Advance Excel skills.Expertise in all aspects of the EA platform & familiarity with traditional BI and discovery tools.Hands-on experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and building visualizations.Experience as a member of an Agile team (Scrum would be preferred).Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.BS in Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics would be preferable. Black belt or Lean Manufacturing certification
