ATTORNEY - Contract Review, Drafting and Negotiation

Role Summary:
The Contract Attorney is primarily responsible for providing contract review, drafting, redlining, amending, and negotiation services to Integreon’s clients in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines set by the clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Production (90%)
Intake of relevant contracts, documents, and other information in accordance with client proceduresAnalyze documents for relevance and completeness and collect legal data as neededDraft, review, redline, amend, and negotiate various commercial agreements such as, but not limited to, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure AgreementsCommunicate and coordinate effectively with the client’s in house counsel, procurement department, and other business stakeholdersRespond to contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreementsResearch relevant information and contracts to ascertain the facts pertaining to the subject- matterMonitor, review and manage the status of certain agreementsPerform quality review checks of the work product of other members of the team and provide feedback as necessaryPerform such additional tasks that may be assignedReports & Admin (10%)
Perform administrative tasks such as preparation and submission of reports and metricsAttend regular Team meetings and operations meeting and client calls as requiredConduct training covering contracts in general and processes involved in the review, drafting and negotiating of contractsConduct training on the client’s proprietary systems/databases as neededMaintain and support ISO standards through creation and updating of documentation and compliance with all security standardsRequired Skills/Abilities:
At least five (5) years of experience as an attorney drafting and negotiating a range of contracts, including NDA’s, commercial contracts, procurement contracts, and license agreementsExcellent skills in drafting, analyzing and communicating contractual terms to clients together with a high ability to influence and negotiateAbility to work in a dynamic and international environment and communicate effectively in an open mannerWilling to work on a hybrid set-upAmenable to start ASAPEducation and Experience:
