Responsible for engagement and administration of customer relationships to ensure positive revenue recognition & retention from sale & lease transactions.
Ensures completion of the contract administration process (e.g., due diligence & legal research, preparation of commercial contracts & other legal documents, engagement with locators & their consultants) in coordination with Structuring and Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Finance,Land Services, Property Management and Estate Operations Teams, and other AIC business units.Ensures effective & efficient administration, collection, and monitoring of all contract-related receivables and payables/ disbursementsEnforces post-sale contractual obligations and project timelines/ milestones, including coordination of the same with other BUs/ teamsVerifies locator’s claims/ requests on legal and compliance-related matters for the team’s evaluationSupervises the conduct of the team’s records monitoring & management activitiesDrafts corporate communications & correspondence; prepares reports, summaries, presentation materials and conducts the reporting of the samePerforms other related tasks as may be required from time to timeEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration or other business-related courses. A graduate school degree or real estate background is an
advantage.
Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a publicly-listed company or that which has operations in a highly-regulated industry
