1. Must have an intensive working knowledge of corporate housekeeping, and compliance with SEC and PSE.
2. Performs corporate upkeep and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and initiates the processing of corporate acts and resolutions.
3. Handles corporate structuring, M&A, and joint ventures for the company.
4. Prepares legal opinion and advice on all corporate matters including project or bank financing, insurances, and other related contracts.
