Operations Analyst (Kanban Experience)

This individual will join a team executing numerous client service responsibilities related to

administering several software as a service solutions.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Production Operations, the Analyst will work closely with our clients to gather requirements and understand the business processes and deliverables on new and existing projects. The analyst will then execute these on-going requirements alongside the production operations team.

Responsibilities

Working with Directors and Product Owners to understand our product offeringsGather project requirements from clientsCreate workflow diagram for more complex interactionsWork between the production operations stakeholders and the client as necessaryWork with data sets providing extract, transform and load proceduresComplete daily reporting requirementsAdminister change sets to existing data stored in the backend of client applicationsEnsure completion of all tasks within specified time – track and report on overdue items

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in capturing and authoring requirements in operational environmentsFluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in customer andclient serviceAbility to communicate ideas verbally, textually and pictorially and transfers that skillset into theticket tracking environmentsStrong analytical skillsStrong Excel experience

Good to have

Project Management experience in agile, lean or Kanban.An understanding of financial markets, uncleared assets and share transfer protocolsscripting knowledge to automate tasksPower Automate knowledgePowerBI knowledge
