Must be a graduate of BS Geology, Environmental Science, Agriculture or Civil Engineering with specialization in HydrologyProficient in using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and other hydrology-related softwareExperience in creating hydraulic models and digital mapping is an advantageWith excellent communication and time management skillsHighly organized and detailed orientedNo work experience required.
