Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Primarily handles Property Management accounts.
Answers inbound calls for property inquiries and maintenance work.
Do outbound calls for follow-ups
Update the system based on the information received from the owner/vendors/tenant
Complete administrative work as instructed by the client
Attend training calls and assist in drafting process documentation
Send reports to clients and management
Provide timely updates to superiors about the work progress
Skills and Characteristics
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Should have completed at least two (2) years in college or a vocational/short course certificate
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Customer service oriented
Flexible working schedule. Willing to work on a graveyard and shifting schedule
Has knowledge of basic phone etiquette.
