Responsible for the over-all preparation (washing, packing, and sterilization) of instruments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Observes and upholds policies and procedures as determined by administrative body.Washes and packs instruments use.Maintains the durability and efficacy of the instruments.Makes an inventory of instruments every end of the week or as needed.Maintains the completeness of sets according to color coding.Maintains stocks of instruments and submits report to supervisor / head nurse for some requisition.Coordinates with the Head Nurse / Area Nurse Supervisor for any repair or condemned of instruments.Serves as errands for the unit.Does other job related to work inside the unit.Attends Scheduled staff meeting.Performs other duties as maybe delegated by his/her superior.Join an internationally accredited and recognized hospital with well-maintained state-of-the-art facilities.
