The Business Recovery Strategy (BRS) services at PwC Philippines operates within our Advisory (Deals) practice. In Deals, we pride ourselves on the people that integrate their thinking, experience and insights to deliver value creation and more confident decision making for our Clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
The BRS team is mainly engaged in offering a range of services that are tailored for stressed or distressed businesses. From independent business reviews and working capital management to debt raising or rescheduling, we aim to turn adversities to opportunities as we advise on the best possible options to counter roadblocks and improve business operations.
As a BRS Associate, you are expected to portray the following skills and responsibilities:
Provide various analytical and data driven components for financial advisory services, specifically focusing on key financial analysis, business plan and financial model reviews, industry analysis, among othersDevelop qualitative and quantitative analysis that will be used as basis in providing recommendations/suggestions to clients Prepare related reports and documentations such as project briefs/portfolio, financial model reviews, presentation materials, etc.Conduct research on clients, markets, and key industriesUse a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business areaRequirements
Qualification/ Educational requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Economics or other related majorHas an outstanding academic track recordRelevant work experience is not required but would be preferredSkills requirements:
Strong analytical and financial/corporate evaluation skills; whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with google suite applicationsA self-starter with high level of initiative
