RESPonSIBILITIESCollects and conducts field visit to clients with recovery accountsMonitors and updates late paymentsUnderstands the statement of account and its basic computationsAddresses questions on statements of accounts and intermediate communication virtually with our Collections Team Lead Follows through on client commitments and other concernsReports client status to the Credit & Collections Department in an organized and timely mannerREQUIREMENTSAt least three (3) years relevant working experience in micro-financeHas the ability to work fast and with integrityComputer literateOwns a motorcycle and has a valid driver's licenseAmenable to do field work within NCR and/or CALABARZON
