E-Government Collection Officer

The Role

As an Operations Officer - E-Government Collection Unit, you will be responsible for on-time and accurate review of collection remittance reports for BIR, BOC, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, and SSS Collections. You also need to ensure a timely and accurate review and approval of the SSS Unclaimed Pension and submission of collection remittance reports and other related documents in accordance with reportorial requirements of government agencies

Reviewer of BSP PhilPass Plus for BIR & BOC collectionsTimely and accurate review of TRAMS report and schedule of discrepancyHandles the monitoring of BIR Schedule of discrepancy.Reviews and monitors the collection remittance reports and other related transactions/documents for BIR, BOC, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, and SSS collections generated from Digibanker BackOffice, eSource, and BSP PhilPass Plus.Reviews and transmits the BIR & BOC Month-End Reports and Monthly Bank Statements via email asrequired by the BTR.Reviews and submits Credit Advice & collection remittance reports for PhilHealth and SSS eCollection.Reviews and monitors the Branch Competency Rating (BCR) Report based on Branch Control Department's BCR guidelines for branch rating purposesReviews and monitors the Transaction Fees to book income derived from the services rendered by the Bank in favor of various government agencies relative to collection remittances.Reviews and approves the TRAMS Report via Digibanker due for submission to the BTR.Reviews and approves the SSS Unclaimed Pension via

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, and related courseWith at least 3 years of relevant experienceKnowledge in the collection remittance, SSS pensions, with basic accountingInterpersonal, communication, and time management skillsAble to communicate effectively, quality-oriented, keen on details, and with integrity
