Job Description
The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible in creating and maintaining Operational and Financial Dashboards and Analysis using different BI Tools and will provide the management and leads with relevant, accurate and timely reports regarding global products that can be used for budgeting, forecasting, managing risks, and making strategic decisions
Responsibilities:
Effectively gather requirements and communicate to stakeholders on Dashboard development.Maintain & create dashboard for reporting purposes using different BI Tools such as Power BI, SQL and Oracle Analytics CloudExtract, Transform, Load (ETL) of data from various sources such as vendors or applications that are used for global reporting.Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required data analytics solutionUnderstand internal clients’ needs and propose appropriate analytical solutions.Serve as a technical liaison effectively working with data to meet specific internal client objectives.Work closely with controllers to carry out report development necessary for financial analysis.Making recommendations on processes and procedures based on the findings of data analysis to Tech leadersWorks to create documentation of reports and dashboards in accordance with company standards.Develop and maintain a detailed Project Plan to monitor and track progress based on project scope and project schedulesPerforming research and implementing improved methods of data collection and analysisCompiling reports and delivering presentations to Tech management on key insights regarding global productsPerforms such other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years solid experience in Data Analytics & Reporting including Data Modelling and Data VisualizationProficient with MS Office Suite and Business Intelligence Tools such as Mastery in MS Excel, MS Power BI, Power Apps, Oracle Analytics Cloud etcKnowledgeable / understanding in financial analysis (Minimum 3 years of financial/ accounting experience).Preferably with Shared Services experiencePreferably with depth understanding of Tech/Information Technology solutionsAbility to communicate analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and financial perspectivesWith experience of this role and project managementExcellent in communication skills (verbal & written)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCan work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results drivenAbility to prioritize effectivelyExcellent client management skillsProactive, a committed team player and can motivate other team membersWork location: Zuellig Makati (currently in WFH set-up and will start Hybrid by September 2022)
Work schedule: 10AM to 7PM
