Job Descriptions
As Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to handle and coordinate shipment of our client whether in the field of sea, air, or truck and answer general inquiries timely and proficiently. Details of your responsibilities are as follows:
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment with the Shipping LinesBook trucking/domestic shipment via AIR and sending sailing schedule to AEMonitor truck drivers and helpers during the delivery of cargoesEncode bill of lading via NetSuite SystemSchedule pull out of shipment via NetSuite SystemCoordinate with Operation Department in case of client’s truck requestAnswer client email or phone calls about the status of his/her shipment/cargoesAssist AE’s for client’s requirements and accreditationJob Qualifications
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accounting or Businessrelated courseAt least 1- year experience in Customer Service or equivalentGood communication skills both oral and writtenAble to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalismKnowledge in any ERP System is a plusBenefits:
