REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Veterinary Doctor.With at least 1 year related work experience in any industrial plant or poultry industry and facility in a similar capacityPossess above average leadership skills as well as sound judgment and decision-making capabilitiesHave superior analytical skills and have good interpersonal / communication skillsArea of Assignment will be either in CAGAYAN DE ORO, CEBU OR ILO-ILO CITY.Knows how to drive & possesses valid drivers licenseRESPONSIBILITIES:
To attain CG PERFORMANCE GOALS SET BY THE MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF HR, FCR, ALW WITH MINIMUM PAYOUT.To maintain required CG base with a minimum 21-day rest period through recruitment activitiesConduct farm visit at least once a week and check farm management chart (FMC)%livabilityactual ALWactual daily feeding and FCRAvoid tampering of FMC by contract growers by countersigning FMC’s upon farm visit.Provide continuous training to farms on systems and processes with regards to house preparation, chick acceptance, brooding, growing, harvesting, documentation AND RECORDING.Monitor scheduling of chick placement, feeds delivery, medication and vaccination, and harvest.Conduct a regular evaluation and review of production performance with partners and come up with action plans for improvement.Monitor strict implementation of all provisions of the contract growing agreementInterested applicants may apply through email.
