Overall in-charge of the project preparation until execution.Books and manages the company’s annual events through marketing and promotion by means of telemarketing and email. If deemed necessary, does presentations.Plans pre-event and event proper timeline of all requirements concerning sales, marketing, and creative deliverables.Submits checklist to concerned departments with a detailed pre-event and event proper requirements of the event.Regularly update event floor plan to be sent out to clients and to be reported to Top Management.Acts as decision maker in crucial situations and holds responsibility for granted resolutions.Does post-event reporting for submission to Top Management.Performs administrative duties and report writing duties.Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
