JOB SUMMARY:
The Medical Product Specialist will be a Philippine Registered Nurse who will provide user education on the proper handling, care, benefits, and the use of the Peritoneal Dialysis “PD” equipment/supplies. The Nurse Product Educator role requires to have a valid and unrestricted Philippines Nurse license because of the function of patient health education.
Responsibilities:
Performs user education (either Face-to-face or via phone call) on the proper handling, care, benefits, and effects of Peritoneal Dialysis “PD” medical supplies.Is responsible for reporting adverse events to client Pharmacovigilance Team and product complaints to clients QA team, per compliance requirements. Conducts “conversion” of existing PD patients using a different equipment/supply to the current equipment/supply.Gathers relevant information for adverse events and send the report to Team Lead for review and forwarding to Baxter Pharmacovigilance Team and ensure compliance to prescribed submission timelines.As may be required by his/her superiors to participate in the review, preparation, and submission of operations-related reportsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
