See below details:Salary ranges from PHP35K to PHP40K basic + allowance + benefits (can still be discussed based on applicant's experience).At least 1 year supervisory experience for credentialing/clerical work.Applicant should have an understanding of the NCLEX Application Processing.Ability to track and monitor progress of the administrative aspect of the NCLEX application process.Must be amenable to work on our sites in Mall of Asia - Pasay or Bridgetowne, Libis.Flexible to work on shifting schedules if client/business need like weekends, holidays, and night shift (if needed).JOB DEscriptIonBasic FunctionThis role is primarily responsible for organizing, maintaining and verifying all aspects of the credentialing process for the NCLEX application procedure. The job focuses in checking, reviewing and authenticating requirement completion of the scholars while under the Healthcare Academy NCLEX program. This may include key records maintenance, delivery and reporting, administrative tasks associated with the financial process, communication to customers and stakeholders, coordination with other departments and or vendors, and providing recommendations to further enhance the efficiency of the application process to the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America. Also, the job is anchored to the identification and development of an individual’s capabilities through coaching, mentoring and providing recommendations to further expand one’s aptitudes. Essential FunctionsEnsures compliance with company’s policies and regulationsForesees upcoming events and able to initiate control measures to minimize variancesSupervise staff and give technical directionOversee day-to-day operational credentialing and privileging activitiesEnsures team’s delivery of their targets consistently with minimum variationCoordinates with the legal team for the implication and understanding of bonds and agreementsDelivers NCLEX packet orientation to the scholarsDesigning process workflows for easier tracking and quick implementation processMaintains and secures NCLEX application documentsConducts follow-up to scholars, process leads, vendors, and stakeholders for requirement completion to ensure efficiency in the NCLEX application processEnsure credentialing processes are in compliance with professional standardsEnsures accuracy and completeness of NCLEX requirements and logisticsUnderstand the financial aspect of the credentialing processKeeps track of application process finances including liquidation, invoicing, and reportingRegularly checks and reviews the various Boards of Nursing in the United States of America, and other local or US territory-based institutions/departments in relation to the NCLEX application process; Implements control for known risks related to the NCLEX application processPrepares and maintains key records for audit purposesConveys leadership to scholars and teams within scopeParticipates in presentation to the internal and external customersExtends support to other Healthcare Academy programsDelegates tasks effectivelyProfessional Qualification & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree Graduate (4 year course) or any related field.At least 1 year experience in Supervisory roleAt least with Credentialing/Clerical ExperienceSuccessful applicants will start ASAP as this is an URGENT HIRING!!!!!!!!!!!For interested applicants, click on APPLY and attach a copy of your CV/Resume.You can also send me a direct message via Viber at 09275299048.We look forward to welcoming you soon!
