Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

Qualifications:Candidate must be a graduate of Pharmacy or Pharmacology/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.With experience and in-dept knowledge in processing regulatory licenses such as FDA, BAI and the likes.Registered pharmacist.With own vehicle (preferable)Can work under minimal supervision.CAN START ASAPPreferably a resident of Tanauan Batangas or nearby Municipalities.Main Responsibilities:Gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing and collating information in a variety of formats.• Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).• Processing of necessary documents in compliance to BAI and FDA.• Maintaining familiarity with company product ranges.• Planning, undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections.• Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.• Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities.• Providing advice about regulations to manufacturers• Ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines.• Ensures proper management and safekeeping of records and regulatory documents.
