In-charge of all legal documents including FDA License to Operate, and any legal documents of the store.Updates the store profile as needed.In charge of the pharmaceutical and technical side of the operations.Completing operational requirements of the store, including maintaining records of controlled substances, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the store’s inventory.Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.Maintains current registration, studies existing and new legislation, anticipates legislation, and advises management on needed actions.
