COMPANY DENTIST
Schedule: every Tuesday (McKinley) and every Thursday (Ortigas)
Time: 3 PM to 7 PM
Provision of Dental Services: Examines individuals requesting care, diagnoses their dental/oral conditions, prescribes and carries out appropriate dental/oral treatment, or refers individuals for specialty consultation or treatment in conformance with approved clinical protocols and guidelines.Risk Assessment/ Risk Management: Be aware of the existing chemical and physical occupational health and oral risk at the site.Management/ Administration: Knowledgeable application of management theory in organizing, equipping, maintaining, and evaluating employee dental health services.Professional Standards: Maintain confidentiality, releasing information only to other dentists at the request of the individual after signed consent is obtained, or when otherwise legal to do so. Recognize that employers are entitled to information about the oral fitness of employees in relation to their work capabilities, but are not entitled to a specific dental diagnosis or details of the employee’s oral health conditions.
