Accounts Payable Section Manager

Purpose of the Job

To be responsible and to continuously provide an integrated strategy and effective solution to the Company’s accounts payable and expenditures taxation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensures timely processing and payments of vendors’ invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.Manages operating margin improvement initiatives by making sure that discounts, rebate and promo support provided by suppliers are collected and accounted on a timely manner based on approved trading terms agreement.Reviews systems, processes and procedures and provides recommendation to improve cycle time.Supports monthly financial statement closing process and makes sure that assets acquired are properly setup and obligations are correctly accrued.Leads the large AR and AP team of the biggest and the fastest growing convenience store chain in the country.

Job Minimum Requirements

With at lest 5 years related work experience as a Manager in a retail setting.Must have effective leadership skills and ability to work within set deadlinesKnowledge in ERP, spreadsheet and analyticsAbility to communicate clearly and possess good interpersonal skillsExperience in managing a large team of supervisors and staff members
