The Job

You will be responsible for :

Providing support for executing clinical trials.Coordinating with the business and as well as onsite staff, clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and vendors to ensure clinical studies meet or exceed timelines and maintain high quality standards.Reviewing and monitoring overall clinical data quality and identifying and resolving potential study or site issues.Implementing study-specific clinical monitoring tools and documents.Ensuring that all trial protocols are followed accurately.Implementing the medical strategy in line with brand strategy by collaborating with commercial teams to identify medical priorities and formulate and implement a medical plan.Working closely with Medical Directors on medical affairs related matters.Providing medical advice for new product development and commercial activities.Ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing documents and submissions for clearance or approval from regulatory authorities.

Ideal Candidate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.With at least 1 year experience in industrial setting as Nurse.Excellent communication and interpersonal, leadership and negotiating skills.Computer literateProactive and compassion handling patients concerns.At least with experience in HR functions and safety.
