Position Title: COMPANY NURSE
Department: HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Immediate Superior: GM – HUMAN RESOURCES
Primary Responsibilities:
To act as the Company Nurse of the company in the assigned area of operations
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements the COVID-19 Health Protocols of the company including the regular antigen testing of all employees every two weeks and maintaining the company’s quarantine facility
- Monitors daily health compliance checklist of the employees
- Liaises with the Health Insurance provider(s) of the company for the following activities:
o Issuance of Letter of Authority
o Availment of outpatient services
o Availment of inpatient services
- Monitors submission of current insurance providers for quarterly utilization reports
- Facilitates the Annual Physical Exam of employees
- Facilitates the Annual Executive Checkup of concerned employees
- Facilitates Annual Random Drug Test for employees
- Ensures compliance of newly hired employees to the required medical examination
- Ensures compliance to the requirements of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health(OSH) Standards
- Facilitates annual simulation drills for First Aide, Earthquake, Fire, etc.
- Maintains medicine and first aide kit of the company
- Implements Employee Wellness and Mental Health Program of the company
- Performs administrative tasks such as but not limited to:
o Scheduling of the employees’ carpool
o Monitoring of cleanliness of the office
o Prepare documents of travelling employees
- Assists in the maintenance of the employee’s 201 file especially on the medical history of the employees
- Performs any other relevant tasks assigned by Management from time to time
