Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:Manage all accounting operations including Generali Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, Tax Compliance, Financial Reporting and Financial Planning & Budgeting.Oversee the accurate and timely recording of transactions, provide support during month-end closing activities, and ensures financial reports are submitted on time to internal and external stakeholders.Oversee disbursement section, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and compliance with tax and other regulatory payments.Oversee of the accounts receivable section including buyers' subsidiary ledgers and bank reconciliation activities.Ensure compliance to BIR and tax authorities and accurate and timely completion of all tax returns taking full advantage of all tax incentives.Ensure timely completion of external financial audits.Ensure company assets are properly accounted for and disposed of the following established company policies and procedures.Lead the annual budget exercise and responsible for orderly filing and provision in meaningful format of financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and operations analysis activities.Manage finance staff job results by coaching and guiding employees ,including planning monitoring and appraising job results.Qualification:Must be a Certified Pubic Accountant (CPA)At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting Role (i.e. Accounting Manager position)Experience in Real EstateStrong Leadership skillsPositive, can do mindsetInnovative and creative in finding solutions to issues and improvements to existing process.
