BE part of the team that manufactures the popular, internationally-known Filipino brand in mixes, sauces, and more-- Mama Sita's!If you are serious with your application, YOU MUST:Submit a resume complete with tasks, responsibilities or competencies from your OJT or work experienceDescribe your former employer and, if any, its products/ servicesAttach your photo (put a face to your name)Ensure you reply by checking your email or cellphone for messagesThe QC Laboratory Analyst is responsible for conducting routine physical and chemical analyses in conformance to standard methods and/or laboratory developed test methods, while maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area.Minimum Experiences/ Qualifications:Candidate must at least be a graduate of BS Chemistry and/ or relavant 4-year science course/sWith at least 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing set-up, specifically QA/QC function is an advantageWith PRC License/ Registered Chemist is an advantageMust be analytical, self-motivated, can interact with people in all levels of the organizationAble to work with minimal supervisionProficient with MS Office/ WPS applicationsWilling to work extended hoursMust be knowledgeable in physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, laboratory practices, & GMP.Your scope of responsibilities shall include:Conducts routine analyses of physical and chemical test parameters on submitted food samplesUtilize a wide variety of laboratory equipment including moisture analyzer, water active meter, viscometer, etc. to test for submitted food samplesEnsures credibility and accuracy of results through quality control checksConducts physico-chemical testing analysis on submitted Raw Materials for batch trial products, products with customer complaints and RM MSS Samples necessary for material qualificationPerforms quality assurance of received laboratory reagents and prepares reagents used for analysisReviews COA and conducts carrier inspection of delivered Raw MaterialsReviews COI on delivered Packaging Materials through dimensional analysis and actual testing at production linesMaintains accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and resultsPrepares samples for testing and evaluationPrepares Laboratory Test ReportsInterested applicants must submit an uploaded resume with an attached photo and duties and responsibilities from their prior work experiences.
