DUTIES ANS RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research and development based on requested specifications for new products.
Conduct stability tests for new products and new batches of existing products as needed.
Conduct studies and research to comply with the client’s requirements on a product.
Conduct competitor and market trend research.
Maintain a complete and updated database for all product samples of each new product development.
Ensure the integrity of all product ingredient list, timely communication with departments concerned for product artwork and RA documentation.
Maintain a complete and updated database for new product and development.
Secure a certificate of analysis for each shipment.
Spearhead dealing with technical and quality issues of products either discovered in house or by end users.
Prepare regular internal product orientations upon arrivals of newly developed products.
Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the management.
