Responsibilities:
• Responsible in organizing and overseeing in all Research and Development Assistant projects which includes formulation of new products, modification and enhancement of existing products/processes and production trials.
• Formulate and facilitate the development of innovative products, line extensions, and product improvements as advised by R&D Manager.
• Conducts research on innovative ingredients, formulations, procedures and feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability and compliance with regulations.
• Interface with Client/Marketing and key functional groups to ensure smooth product development process, project handover to manufacturing, market launch and further expansion.
• Devices and manages in-house panel testing of new products and assist in development of test methods for raw materials and finished products.
• Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of pilot batch runs of new products.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent. PRC Licensed is an advantage.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Product Development, Formulation, Technical Skills
