1. prepares requested samples by Sales
2. prepares requested Sunrich product specifications by customers
3. conducts experiment and testing of new products
4. summarizes results of shelf-life studies
5. prepares the Certificate of Analysis (COA) of finished goods for dispatch and R&D samples
6. prepares certificate of shelf-life extension as requested by customer
7. files and keeps records, monitoring forms, reference materials
8. updates calibration schedule of equipment and tools
9. updates required third-party testing of raw materials and finished goods
10. does the inventory of QA/R&D supplies
11. preparation of documents for audits (Food Safety, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, customer audits)
