Middle Office Associate

Responsibilities Include:

Responsibility for and serving as the main point of contact on performance reporting.Works closely with finance, marketing and investment with responsibility for producing:

○ quarterly portfolio and performance information for the investment team;

○ dashboard-type fund and portfolio information to include in quarterly reports to support the finance

function.

Assist in implementation and data clean-up/gathering related to implementation of middle office and portfolio analytics database.Coordination with investment and finance teams to track and maintain all fund level, and underlying manager in the portfolio analytics database;Data and document management to support straight-through processing.Manage deal closing process and data transition from deal information to portfolio dataProvide assistance/support with special projects and ad-hoc requests including investor updates/DDQs/PPM and AGM presentations with portfolio and performance data at the KHP fund and portfolio level.

Requirements

Job Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and experience with visualization tools and portfolio monitoring software a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbalShould possess a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detailOrganization skills with ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignmentsSelf-starter that will thrive in an entrepreneurial and small team environmentExperience with private equity performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, PME, etc.) financial statements and capital structures preferred
