Graduate of Bachelor of Animal Science, BS Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension Education, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, and/or Bachelor of Agricultural Technology;With effective oral and written communication skills;With good leadership qualities and a team player;Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Position title will be Stockman (Farm Supervisor) to be assigned in Breeder or Broiler Operations.Responsibilities:
Attend daily production briefing;Submit transparent and accurate daily production reports, checklists and records;Report on the spot any unusual incident or problem encountered;Rescue and act as counter checker during harvest;Effect, monitor and ensure proper execution of bio-security and company policies;Train subordinates regarding bio-security measures and basic management practices;Complete set tasks assigned by superiors;Perform other duties or functions that will be assigned by the superior.
