Responsibilities

Proactively track loan applications to ensure they are moving through the system, including responding to housekeeping exceptions Setting up files and saving of supporting documents in line with our procedures.Closing settled applications, ensuring key compliance measures are met and documented for audit Accurately completing Apply online submissions for lodgement  Complete pricing submissions and ordering valuations, as and when required.Research lending policy, complete servicing calculation and loan structureAbility to understand and analyse PAYG, Self-employed income documents (e.g. payslips, tax return and profit & loss statement)Ability to check and understand credit reportFollow up with lenders and give update to brokers

Qualifications

Must have Australian banking/mortgage credit assessment experience (checking payslips/bank statements, servicing etc)Finance/Commerce degree or similarKeen attention to detail to deliver consistent, high quality and accurate workAble to work in fast pace and stand for high work volumesAble to work over time when is requiredHave at least 2 years Australian mortgage experienceWilling to learn new things
