As the Poultry Farm Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the poultry farm, maintaining quality broiler chickens and ensuring the workplace safety of all employees and visitors on the farm, in line with the company Health & Safety Policies.
Responsibilities will include:
ensuring all aspects of running the farm are metmaintaining safe working practicesmanaging and motivating a teamensuring welfare of livestockventilation managementfeed managementvaccinationsproduction performancerecord keepingThe successful candidate should have experience in Chicken Broiler however someone with other poultry stockmanship experience would be considered.

Effective people management skillsAbility to carry out manual dutiesProficient computer skillsNVQ level 3 in poultry production or similar would be desirable.
