JOB DEscriptION
The R&D Officer is responsible in managing initiatives in line with new product development and product reformulation of existing products. The R&D Officer would also be involved in analyzing existing raw materials used for the products and come up with alternative and cheaper materials without sacrificing the overall quality of the product.The candidate is also responsible on packaging development and equipment research.JOB SPECIFICATION
With at least 4 - 6 years Meat Processing experience and laboratory services who has broad knowledge and experience on Food Safety, HACCP and GMP.Should be highly analytical, good in planning and organizingAbove Average Communication skillsWith strong background on food processing and commercialization / knowledge transferExperience with meat / sauce technology is an advantageShould be highly analytical, good in planning and organizingAbove Average Communication skillsBasic Culinary SkillsWilling to TravelHas a minimum of 4 years of solid work experience in line with Sensory evaluation, Quality Assurance and Product Development
