BPO Data Analyst/ Statistician with 14th month pay, HMO + depndents

Knowledge in handling statistical/ visualization/ scripting platform is preferred·    Analytical and problem solving skills·    Excellent customer service skills·    Present data and articulate self well·    Consistently demonstrate sound judgment·    Mentor and develop reports·    Rapidly get to the root cause of issues·    Design appropriate analysis support the team to implement analysisReports to:·        Supervisor/ Associate Manager/ Manager Key Responsibilities:(Transform structured big chunk of data into deeper wealth of actionable business insights through agile partnership with SMEs and operations)•    Ensure that project scope, objective and hypotheses are clear during project kickoff•    Plan data collection methods for specific projects, and determine the types of data needed•    Partner with BE and operations SPOCS in collecting data requirements•    Follow proper escalation if data is delayed and set proper expectation to all the project members in terms of timelines.•    Process large amounts of data for descriptive analytics, statistical modeling, and graphic analysis using any tools available (Excel, Minitab, R, python, etc).•    Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data•    Report results of statistical analysis, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.•    Provide practical resolution using scientific method and good visualization that answers objective and hypotheses (develop an understanding of fields to which statistical methods are to be applied in order to determine whether methods and results are appropriate).
