The ANALYTICS SPECIALIST will primarily in managing the timely and efficient production of performance reporting requirements of Agency Channel and various workstreams. Provide analytics studies, data modelling and visualization support for critical programs and initiatives of Agency RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop relevant reports and analytics support for Agency Channel performance and critical Agency workstreams that will help in assessing effectiveness of current initiatives and designing new initiatives to drive agency expansion. Workstreams include, but not limited to, Recruitment, Activation, Leader Development, Productivity, etc.Provide support in developing sound and accurate data models and visualization, projections and insights for critical programs and initiatives of Agency that will aid in ensuring design of programs are aligned with agency’s short-term and long-term goals.Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders as required.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any 4 or 5 course in the field of statistics, actuarial, mathematics, business economics, or industrial engineeringMinimum 5 of relevant experience in the area of MIS reporting, data modelling and analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to probe all relevant resources to maximize resultsGreat interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsResults-driven with a track record of producing accurate, thorough and professionalAbility to multitask and prioritize initiatives to support business growthSelf-motivated and assertive professional with the ability to influence cross functionally and to drive self and others for resultsKnowledge and experience with Life Insurance Agency Sales Distribution, preferredAdvanced skills in MS ExcelKnowledge and dashboarding skills in analytics/data modelling software such as Tableau a plus
