1. He shall be responsible that all maintenance for LEASCOR fleet is carried out to an approved standard such that the maintenance requirements of CAR Subpart 9.4.1.2, and the requirements of this Maintenance Control Manual are satisfied.
2. He shall be responsible of overseeing the implementation of LEASCOR maintenance system in accordance with the agreed maintenance contract between LEASCOR and its contracting AMO.
3. He shall be responsible of ensuring that sufficient manpower and required facilities and equipment's are provided by the AMO to support the LEASCOR maintenance operations in accordance with the requirements of the regulation.
4. He shall be responsible of establishing and maintaining maintenance system for LEASCOR in compliance with requirements of CAR Subpart 9.4.
5. He shall be directly reporting to the Accountable Manager and shall have access to all parts of the LEASCOR’s and the subcontractor’s organization such as the AMO.
