JOB SUMMARY:
This role is to manage all types of indirect procurement spend of different business units in the Philippines. Being a trusted and valued partner by ensuring goods/service delivery and business requirements are met through proactive and continuous engagement with stakeholders and vendors, support in the bottom-line agenda.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop category strategy and its execution plan;Manage benchmarking and bidding process, negotiating pricing, commercial terms and conditions;Develop pricing agreement and contract, and support development and review of non- standard vendor contracts;Consult regional and corporate team for global contract local execution. Eg dell laptops.AT&T service. etc;Vendor performance evaluation and manage relationship with key vendors;Support stakeholders on policies and process execution and procure-to-pay process in SAP and different ERP system;Spend data analysis, Purchase Order management, tracking and reporting;Implement new vendor management and negotiation tool(such as e-sourcing) for better cost management and performance;Select and maintain good level of source for supply to ensure the requirements of the category are met with the optimum quality, service and cost;Vendor classification or categorization based on corporate standard;Provide innovative ideas and solution to the business team by offering new and improved alternatives where possible;Keep up to date with market trends, prices and development. Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree or above;5+ years working experience and at least 2 years experience in procurement;2 years of cost savings/optimization experience across sourcing and non-sourcing projects;Knowledgeable in Opex/Capex spend management;Knowledgeable in policy/process design and deploymentShould have experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred), ARIBA is an advantage.Preferred
