Major Function
1. Responsible in monitoring feeds and vet issuance to raisers.
2. Regular and follow-up medication of sick pigs and reported mortality, record on the monitoring and fill up the case of death
3. Vaccinate piglets based on Paiwi program
4. Act as reliever in the absence of Communal caretaker
5. Responsible in immediate response and medication to raiser's report.
6. Issuance of veterinary slip to raisers after medication
7. Prepare daily mortality report
8. Prepare monthly summary of veterinary issuance for submission to Paiwi Clerk
9. Conduct monthly physical inventory of stocks, Vet Drugs to be submitted to Paiwi Clerk. PMO
10. Assist Paiwi Raisers/members on proper management
11. Recommend necessary feed/injectable & oral medication appropriate to use on specific problems/diseases
12. Make a detailed and completed report of activities perform regularly for submission to immediate superior.
Graduate of BS Agriculture Major in Animal Science/ Animal Husbandry or any related educationWith at least 6 months experience in the same fieldKnows how to drive a motorcycle with valid Driver's LicenseAbility to understand Basic Farm ProgramAbility to classify or assess good quality pigletsCapable of evaluating required pigpen facilitiesWilling to do fieldworkWith excellent customer service skills-
