Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or equivalentWith at least 1 year of relevant work experience;Knowledge on food processing, physico-chemical & microbiological tests and regulatory requirements and processes;Possesses good analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills pertinent to presentations;Has initiative and willingness to learn and take on special projects and offer creative and feasible solutions to problems.Job Summary :
Assists in Product Development tasks and projects, compiles and maintains files of supplier accreditations for regulatory purposes, filing of forms, R&D requests, and generate reports for project updates.Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in development such as sensory evaluation activities, prototyping, benchmarking, and product testing to 3rd party laboratories.
2. Assists and coordinates with technical team (QA and R&D) in FDA CPR.
3. Compiles and maintains supplier accreditations as well as communicate documents needed from supplier and/or purchasing for product development.
4. Filing of documents and forms for BFFI R&D requests.
5. Monitors and updates team on project movements and progress.
6. Assists in technical inputs on quality and product troubleshooting, evaluating potential raw material alternative.
7. Generate reports on project updates.
