The Research and Development Specialist position provides the overall project management for innovation projects, including product development of new concepts, innovative store/commissary processes, new functional packaging concepts, and new business directions. He/she continuously supports the store and manufacturing operations. Collaborates with other team members within and outside the section.
Bachelor's or College Degree in Food Technology or Chemistry – Major in Food Science and TechnologyTwo (2) years experience in product development and innovation, product optimization, commercial translation in a leading QSR, food service, or manufacturing company.With fundamental to advanced commercial baking and meat processing experience.Has favorable hands-on experience in commercial product translation either in manufacturing or retail set-up.Basic to advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
