Reports Analyst | Night Shift

Responsibilities

Assists business units in determining reporting needsMaintains databases and updates as neededData analysis skills to conduct analysis and deliver recommendations to the team and customer.Data mining and presentation of findings of data in line with the program objectives using databases.Identify opportunities to use data to drive enhanced business decision-making and promote an insight-driven culture.Develop datasets, data recipes, and dashboard for data visualizations, Trending, and benchmarking of datasets.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports for both internal and external clients.Analyzes trends, causes and variances and creates and distributes routine reportsRespond to inquiries, receive and share information with peers, functional group, staff and management within and outside departmentsDevelop new reporting processes or templates while managing ad hoc and recurring reports using internal business intelligence tools.Improve or enhance existing reporting processes and templates.Perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Qualifications

At least 1-year working experience as a Reports Analyst or related field.Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Google Docs.Exceptionally analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Excellent documentation skills.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Track record of following through on commitments.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Has experience in Salesforce tool/Has Salesforce background.Must be willing to work on Night Shift schedule, overtime and during PH holidays.Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumes.
