Job Description:
Administration roleWork closely with Service Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Planners and AME’s.
Carry out instructions to achieve operational performance goals;Monitor technicians’ job performance to ensure all field service interventions are carried out within set timeframe;Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency; Implement FTF.Provide technical support to CTS sales personnel on preparationof quotations.
Assist service planner to execute and minimize WIP;Assess and develop technical team’s skill and competency.Provide technical assistance to customer inquiry through 24-hr service hotline. Make sure all calls are logged.VISMIN Role
