The Financial Director position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and Risk Management, operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
The Financial Director shall provide both operational and programmatic support to the company, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. She shall manage and orchestrate the Finance staff to address accounting and treasury functions. She shall report to the top management and directly leads all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and the securing of new funding.
The work shall mainly focus on financial reporting, handling cash management, and risk planning activities of the company. Also, please note that one of its core functions is to frequently fill in sourcing cash fund, thus candidate must have a strong fund-raising background, in addition to accounting expertise.
