Department Overview

Wells Fargo's International Talent Acquisition team is building a new Recruitment Screening & Sourcing team to support the U.S. Recruiting & Hiring team from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Advise TA line of business, companywide function, and more experienced leadership on business performance metrics, trends in recruitment data, , and other complex data to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, and minimize operational issues, risk and ensure other operating standardsProvide leadership in the identification and development of new analytics and metrics to be reported from our Workday systemEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedProvide updates on project logs, monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and other operations reviewsAssist managers and leaders in building annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported, developing capacity modelsMentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractorsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Essential Qualifications

Around 8+ years in similar analytics rolesBachelors, M.A./M.Sc. College Degree or Higher in applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis.6 year programming in SAS or SQL.Strong experience with data integration, database structures and data warehouses.Persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
