Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Lead implementation of strategic regulatory recommendations and guidance in the Personal CareSEA R&D Innovation programme
Proactively monitor regulation development and assess impact to the business based on advancedinterpretation of the upcoming regulation guidelines and effectively work with the R&D BusinessUnit and regulatory team in planning for the implementation
Assists in advocacy initiatives by developing strategic plans supporting product innovations andPersonal Care Business Group & Unit priorities.
Effective business partnership and collaboration with R&D Business unit and PC Regulatory AffairsTeam.
Company representation to key external stakeholders and regulatory partners.
