Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mathematics or equivalent.Required skill(s): Statistic Analysis.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.5 years progressive relevant work experience in workforce management or capacity planning.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Workforce or productivity command centerDuties and ResponsibilitiesJob Description: The workforce analyst shall be responsible for assessing, analyzing and reporting on employees productivity of asti ssc operations and determine how best to utilize the productivity and skills of each employee through capacity planning and workforce system.Duties & responsibilities:Lead capacity planning activities ensuring delivery against operational requirements that will optimize efficiency and cost.Design and schedule all weekly asti ssc operations and ensure effective implementation of the schedule adherence.Lead scheduling, process time-off, schedule deviation and shift recommendation requests of each tier.Forecast staffing needs, taking into account the ticket volume and headcount requirements.Provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to operational excellence team and general manager with staffing, root cause and insight analysis.SkillsStrong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data and trendsTech SkillsCommercial and financial awareness, with a full understanding of the impact of failure with regards to business costs, production targets and fulfilment of customer orders.Results oriented and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines and the ability to motivate others to deliver
