The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile individual to join us as an Analyst at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies.

This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and provide feedback on the work of associates, analysts, and internsContribute to ultimate client deliverables by managing and checking own work product and work product of othersPerform competitive / benchmarking analysis using a variety of tools and resourcesSupport data management and benchmarking activities for a specific industryGain expertise in the team’s core compensation survey product, becoming an expert on a business area, and mapping of data into a normalized structureAssist in the execution of annual survey productSupport the annual data validation process for client submissionsGain expertise in the use the team’s proprietary tools & technologyShare knowledge and tools with peers and other associatesCollaborate with internal clients and partnersAssist in training and onboarding new hiresAssist in ad-hoc projects, such as research and analysis on compensation practices for a specific sector / peer group

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business, Math, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Statistics) is preferred.
