JOB SUMMARY:
Store Manager responsibilities include maintaining the store’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the restaurant operationsDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsRegularly review products quality and research new target customersOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsManage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve itControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesRecommend ways to reach a broader audienceTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurants operationsConduct yearly Managing Better Shift (MBS) evaluation on Assistant ManagerConduct quarterly store QA evaluation FormConduct Semi-annual store building evaluation FormEnsure all permits are renewed and up to datePrepare store for the quarterly evaluation of Wenphil and Wendy’s InternationalMonitor store inventoryJOB REQUIREMENTS:
