The Role
As a Collateral Release Specialist, you will handle releasing of Collateral for fully paid accounts of Auto/ Home/ BML/ Personal, Corporate Salary, CTS, and Doctor’s Loans. You will be responsible for attending to customers’ complaints, inquiries, and requests related to. Also, you have to ensure the necessary controls are set and being observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported, and monitored in accordance with the Bank policies.
How you'll contribute
Prepares Request of Release of Collateral and Cancellation of Mortgage needed in releasing of collateral to the client within turn-around time.Monitors the client requests endorsed by Customer Contact Group via Customer Relationship Management System to avoid customer complaints.Performs as a customer releasing specialist for the release of collateral documents (ORCR/TCT) and Cancellation of Mortgage (COM)/Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (CREM).Signed the Request Release Form (RRF) and signatories as witnesses of Cancellation of Mortgage (COM)/Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (CREM).Ensures accuracy of details Request Release Form (RRF), Cancellation of Mortgage (COM), and Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (CREM)Monitors the signed Cancellation of Mortgage (COM)/Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (CREM) to Notary Public for Notarial.Processes clearance of fully paid account Auto/ Home/ BML/ Personal/ Corporate Salary/ CTS and Doctor’s Loans within turn-around-time.Send emails to concerned units/departments for clearance and monitor feedback within turn-around time.Monitors the transmission of signed Request Release Form and notarized Cancellation of Mortgage (COM)/Cancellation of Real Estate Mortgage (CREM) to concerned units/departments.What we're looking for
Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/BankingAt least 1 - 2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of credit policies and procedures is an advantage.Must have good oral and written communication skillsMust be able to diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
