I. JOB SUMMARY:
TeleSales Manager reports to the Deputy Chief Commercial Officer. The TeleSales Manager is tasked to supervise day to day activities of the TeleSales Personnel, monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices. In charge of monitoring daily activity, measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to the team; and encourages TeleSales Personnel as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Volume Delivery
Monitoring daily phone calls.Training of newly deployed TeleSales Personnel (TSP)Delivery of Sales Volume target assigned to the team weekly and monthly.Quality Portfolio Maintenance
Monitoring and keeping Quality of Portfolio of his team, in check by regular updates and training of fraud detection and quality client selection.In charge of taking the extra mile to contact the clients to reminding them of their obligation towards the company.Sales Point Maintenance
Activating TeleSales Personnel and keeping a minimum number of calls and sales volume weekly and monthlyImplement sales strategies to improve performanceDaily Management
In-charge of monitoring the day-to-day activities of TeleSales Personnel, this includes setting number of calls daily, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.Obliged to support TeleSales Personnel in the sales process, knowledge of product and contacting of leads.
Recruitment
In-charge of first line recruitment of TeleSales Personnel to be deployed under his team.Adaptation
Responsible for the adaptation process such as sales process, documents handling and collection activity.document Handling
Ensuring that all company documents are secured and sent to Head Quarters every after clearing period.Clearing Periods: 15th – 16th day of the month 30th – 1st day of the monthReporting
